A Chicago, USA–based HR consultancy is hiring an HR Support Virtual Assistant from Asia to assist with recruitment coordination and HR admin tasks.

Responsibilities for the HR Support Virtual Assistant:

• Post job ads and screen candidate resumes
• Schedule interviews with candidates and managers
• Maintain HR records and update employee files
• Assist with onboarding documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HR VA or recruiter support
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiar with HR software (BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar)
• Detail-oriented and organized
