What You’ll Do
Plan, write, design, and launch email and SMS campaigns.
Build and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart flows, win-back campaigns, and loyalty programmes.
Work with platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Alpine IQ (AIQ).
Design visually engaging, mobile-responsive email templates using Figma and other design tools.
Write persuasive email and SMS copy that encourages clicks and conversions.
Use AI tools for personalisation, predictive analytics, copy testing, and workflow automation.
Lead client meetings, present campaign strategies, and explain performance data in a clear, practical way.
Track campaign metrics, run A/B tests, and report on key performance indicators.
Measure campaign attribution, ROI, and revenue growth to identify opportunities for improvement.
What Champ Digital Is Looking For
CRM and email marketing expertise
Expert-level knowledge of Alpine IQ, Klaviyo, and other email marketing platforms.
Experience building and managing complex automated workflows.
Strong understanding of email and SMS campaign strategy and customer lifecycle marketing.
Design and creative skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
Ability to create email designs and templates from scratch, not just edit existing content.
Strong copywriting skills for email and SMS campaigns.
Analytics and optimisation
Ability to work with analytics dashboards, measure KPIs, and run A/B tests.
A data-driven approach to improving campaign performance and demonstrating ROI.
Ability to turn campaign results into actionable recommendations.
Communication and ownership
Confidence managing campaigns independently from strategy through execution.
Strong communication and presentation skills when working with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to explain and defend marketing strategies using data.
A problem-solving mindset and interest in using AI to improve efficiency and personalisation.
