About This Opportunity
Crae Group is hiring for a remote Customer Support Agent to assist customers through live chat and email, resolve questions and issues, and provide prompt, empathetic support in a fast-paced online environment.
You’ll be responsible for supporting customers through live chat and email, investigating and resolving common issues, and escalating more complex queries to the appropriate departments.
Staying familiar with products, offers, and features will be an important part of the role.

What You Will Be Doing
Communicate with customers through live chat and email
Respond promptly and empathetically to customer questions and concerns
Investigate and resolve customer issues and queries
Stay up to date with products, terms, offers, and features
Perform initial investigations into customer issues
Report and escalate more complex queries to the appropriate departments
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the customer interaction
What They’re Looking For
2+ years of online customer support experience required
Excellent written and verbal English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer literacy and typing skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Notes
€1,400–€2,000 gross monthly salary, depending on experience and performance
Performance-based monthly bonuses
Fully remote work
4 days on / 4 days off schedule
Opportunity to join a growing European technology and services company
Shifts: 10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00 Cyprus local time
