Creative Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Content Contract Part Time Project

About This Opportunity

We’re looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant with a strong eye for design, content, and branding.

You don’t need to be a graphic designer or know every tool out there.

What matters most is that you can look at a piece of content and understand what looks good, what doesn’t, what catches attention, and what fits a brand.

You’ll help with a variety of creative and social media tasks, usually working from existing templates, examples, and brand guidelines.

We’re looking for someone who can follow a consistent visual style rather than blindly following every trend.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Tasks will vary depending on the client’s needs and may include:Creating and editing Instagram posts and Stories
  Creating or adapting Reels and adding text, details, or other visual elements
  Designing social media graphics using Canva
  Adapting existing templates to match a brand’s style
  Creating Pinterest boards and content
  Posting or contributing to platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and Quora
  Writing or editing short social media copy and captions
  Making small creative adjustments to improve the look and feel of content
  Learning and using new tools when needed
  Helping maintain a consistent visual style across different platforms

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a good fit if you:

• Have a strong creative eye and naturally know what looks good
• Understand basic branding and visual consistency
• Know your way around Canva
• Are comfortable working with templates and adapting them creatively
• Understand how content differs across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Quora
• Knows that design sizes vary, especially when it comes to posts made for adverstising
• Can recognize what is attention-grabbing without making everything look overly trendy
• Have good attention to detail, knows a cool style when it sees one
• Can write clearly and have a good feel for wording and presentation
• Are comfortable learning new tools and platforms when needed
• Can work independently and understand instructions without needing every small detail explained

You do not need to know everything.
We care more about your creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to learn.

• We may send you a small creative task so we can see how you approach design, content, and attention to detail – and if the test task is completed successfully, you will get compensated for it.

Apply only if you have a creative eye, you humanly know what others would like to see and read, know trends but don’t follow them blindly, and have edited and created social media in the past with different tools; you think and ask questions before you create/write something and ask yourself what the audience would think, want, need, and whether it will take action.

What this is:

This is not a full-time position and there is no fixed number of hours.

The work is task and project-based. When a client has a creative or social media task, they will send it over to you.

• You might receive:
  One task in a week
  Several tasks during a busy week
  Or no tasks for a few weeks

It depends entirely on the client’s needs.

• Payment:
  Each task or project can vary in complexity, so there is no single fixed rate for all tasks.
  Before you accept a task, you will receive the details of the project and the price being offered for that specific task. You can then decide whether you’d like to take it on.
• Location:
  Work from anywhere in the world.
  We welcome creative VAs from different backgrounds, countries, and professional experiences.
