Remote Client Engagement Specialist – Voice Contract Part Time
About This Opportunity
Kraken is hiring a Client Engagement Specialist – Voice to provide premium, real-time support to high-value clients.
You’ll resolve complex issues, educate clients about Kraken’s products, identify opportunities to support client goals, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide fast, professional, white-glove support to high-value clients
Take ownership of client issues through to resolution
Educate clients about Kraken products and services
Identify relevant opportunities to increase product adoption and support client goals
Build strong product knowledge through training, hands-on use, AI tools, and continuous learning
Listen to clients and identify friction points or recurring issues
Share client insights to help improve products, workflows, and experiences
Maintain high standards for service quality, security, regulatory requirements, and performance
Work toward measurable client experience, product adoption, and performance targets
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Fluency in a second language is strongly preferred
Strong customer-service instincts and active listening skills
Ability to educate clients clearly and professionally
Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills
Comfortable promoting products when they genuinely fit the client’s needs
Motivated by measurable results and performance targets
Previous sales or target-driven customer experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of crypto and trading
Comfortable learning and working with AI and evolving technology
Flexible to work schedules that include evenings and weekends
