About This Opportunity
Microdose Studio is hiring a Brand Designer (Freelance) to join their remote-first creative team on a part-time, long-term B2B basis.
This role is ideal for a Mid–Senior Brand Designer with strong experience creating visual identities, brand systems, and digital-first brand experiences for startups, SaaS products, and modern digital companies.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the studio founders, Kamil and Milo, helping shape brand concepts, visual systems, marketing websites, and client-ready design presentations from early exploration through final execution.
Microdose Studio works with international clients, primarily across the US and Europe, focusing on high-quality, craft-driven digital and branding projects without traditional agency bureaucracy.

What You Will Do
- Brand Identity & Visual Design
Create brand identity systems for startups and digital products
Develop visual directions, art direction concepts, and brand guidelines
Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, layouts, and graphic languages
Build cohesive visual systems across multiple digital touchpoints
Improve and evolve existing brand identities - Digital & Marketing Design
Design marketing websites and brand-led digital experiences
Create launch assets, campaign visuals, social media assets, and pitch decks
Ensure consistent brand execution across web and digital platforms
Collaborate on digital product branding and SaaS-focused experiences - Collaboration & Creative Process
Work directly with founders and designers without multiple management layers
Translate strategy and rough concepts into polished visual systems
Prepare high-quality client presentations in Figma
Explore multiple creative directions and refine the strongest concepts
Collaborate in an async-first remote workflow environment - Design Systems & Execution
Maintain consistency across brand systems and design deliverables
Work in modern Figma-based workflows
Contribute to long-term brand and design projects
Help shape scalable, production-ready brand assets
What They’re Looking For
- Experience
Mid to Senior-level experience in Brand Identity Design
Strong portfolio showcasing real branding and visual system work
Experience working with startups, SaaS, or digital product brands preferred
Experience designing brand-led websites is a plus - Design Skills
Strong typography, layout, color theory, and composition skills
Excellent visual storytelling and brand system thinking
Comfortable designing polished client-ready presentations
Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple touchpoints
Motion, illustration, 3D, or AI-assisted design experience is a plus - Technical Skills
Advanced Figma proficiency
Familiarity with modern creative tools and workflows
Interest in AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Cursor, or v0 is an advantage - Soft Skills
Fluent English communication skills (async communication and calls)
Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and small creative teams
Strong creative problem-solving and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment - Location Requirements
Must be based in the European Union
Poland preferred, but not required
