AlphaSense is looking for remote Content Editors from India, to support the delivery of high-quality financial transcripts and research content used by global business and investment professionals.

In this role, you will review and edit transcripts from interviews, earnings calls, webcasts, and other recorded events to ensure accuracy, clarity, formatting consistency, and fast turnaround times.

This is a detail-oriented role ideal for candidates with strong English language skills, excellent listening ability, and the discipline to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

You’ll work with AI-assisted transcription workflows and contribute to the accuracy of content used by leading companies, financial institutions, and research teams worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Review, edit, and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting
• Ensure transcripts match audio recordings verbatim when required
• Correct speaker names, company names, product names, terminology, and numerical references
• Research industry-specific terms and verify unclear references using internal tools and external sources
• Organize and deliver transcripts within strict turnaround deadlines
• Work with AI-generated transcription outputs and improve content quality through manual editing
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial or business-related content
• Manage multiple editing assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transcript consistency and operational efficiency

• Someone who has strong English grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Can maintain focus and accuracy for long periods of time
• Has excellent listening comprehension across different accents and audio qualities
• Is highly detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Works efficiently under deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Has strong written communication and formatting skillsIs curious about AI, automation, and financial technology trendsRequired Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in transcription, editing, proofreading, or related work
  Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation
  Strong listening and audio comprehension skills
• Proficiency with:
  Microsoft Word,Google Docs, Excel / Google Sheets, Email and communication tools
• Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
• Strong attention to detail and formatting consistencyNice to have
  
• Experience editing:
  Earnings calls, Interviews, Financial webcasts, Medical or technical reports
• Familiarity with AI transcription tools
• Financial literacy or understanding of capital markets terminology
• Knowledge of industries such as:
  Finance, Technology, Healthcare / Biotech
• Experience with CK Editor or similar editing platforms
