About This Opportunity

AlphaSense is looking for a remote Content Analyst from India, to support and expand its AI-powered financial content and market intelligence platform.

This role sits within the Content Operations team and focuses on analyzing, organizing, monitoring, and improving financial content related to M&A transactions, capital offerings, and funding rounds.

You’ll work alongside product managers, engineers, analysts, and content vendors to support automated data extraction systems, content ingestion pipelines, quality control, and reporting processes.

What You Will Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, Marketing)
• Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring strategy and role requirements
• Work with sourcers on pipeline building, market mapping, and talent strategy
• Manage global candidate pipelines across multiple time zones
• Advise hiring managers with data, market insights, and benchmarking
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent the ElevenLabs brand

What They’re Looking For

• Has 2–4 years of experience in financial data collection, content operations, or research support
• Understands financial markets, corporate finance, or investment research concepts
• Is comfortable working with structured and unstructured financial content
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Learns quickly and adapts well to evolving tools and workflows
• Is detail-oriented and organized when handling large volumes of information
• Can prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments
• Communicates clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Is curious about AI, automation, and financial technology trendsRequired Skills & Qualifications
• Experience supporting financial content generation or financial data workflows
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• B.Com degree required
• Nice to have
  MBA, M.Com, CA, or CFA certification
  Experience working with:
  Press releases; Company filings; Financial news content; Corporate transaction data
  Interest in AI-powered research and automation systems
  Familiarity with financial research workflows and capital markets
