What You Will Do
- Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
- Follow up on overdue payments via email and phone
- Allocate incoming payments and reconcile accounts
- Support sales ledger and purchase ledger activities
- Assist with credit insurance management processes
- Support month-end finance operations
- Assist the Financial Controller with administrative finance tasks
What They’re Looking For
- Required
2+ years of finance or accounting experience
Previous credit control experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and within a team - Preferred
Finance or accounting qualification (or currently studying)
Experience using Xero accounting software
