What You Will Do
- Research candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online sourcing platforms
- Source candidates for roles including:
Registered Managers
Care Managers
Deputy Managers
Field Care Supervisors - Organize and maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit CRM and spreadsheets
- Support outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email communication
- Track candidate responses and recruitment pipeline progress
- Assist with recruitment campaigns and candidate list building
- Support screening and shortlisting activities as the role grows

What They’re Looking For
- Required
1–3 years of relevant experience
Fluent English communication skills
Strong research and organizational abilities
Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing
Attention to detail
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Preferred
Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience
Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/CRM tools
Experience with UK-based recruitment or UK job markets
Outreach or lead generation campaign experience
Work Structure
- Initially part-time
- Opportunity to transition to full-time after 3 months
- Remote work setup
- Day shift aligned with UK hours (8 AM – 4 PM UK time)
