About This Opportunity

Ikigai Cases is looking for a Website Manager to oversee and optimize its Shopify-based e-commerce store.

This role is focused on day-to-day website operations, performance optimization, and product management, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong sales performance.

You’ll work independently while collaborating with developers and internal teams to continuously improve the online store.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily operations of the Shopify store and website
• Update product listings, inventory, pricing, and shipping settings
• Set up assets for new product launches and promotional campaigns
• Make basic website edits using Shopify theme editor
• Coordinate with third-party developers for advanced changes
• Run A/B testing experiments (e.g. via Intelligems)
• Monitor and report on website performance and customer experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
• Maintain accurate store logs and ensure consistency across the site

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce (brand or agency side)
• Strong experience with Shopify (admin, operations, product setup)
• Experience managing website content and basic customization
• Ability to manage external developers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong English communication skills
• Must be based outside the United States
• Nice to have
  Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Intelligems)
  Familiarity with page builders (Replo preferred)
  Experience with pricing strategy, merchandising, and inventory planning
