About This Opportunity

We are looking for an Operations Virtual Assistant for a growing US-based VA agency and recruitment partner network we recruit for.
This role is designed for experienced VAs who prefer working inside an agency environment with multiple clients and structured service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting multiple client accounts across different industries
• Assigning tasks to VAs and tracking delivery
• Managing internal workflows and task systems (ClickUp / Trello / Asana)
• Communicating with clients regarding task updates
• Ensuring deadlines and service quality are met
• Helping onboard new VA team members
• Supporting daily agency operations and coordination

Requirements

• Experience working as a VA (agency experience is a strong plus)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion)
• Good written English and client communication ability
• Comfortable managing multiple clients/tasks at once
• Leadership or coordination experience preferred
