We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Lead Gen & CRM, for a growing Real Estate Investment company we recruit for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and update leads inside CRM systems (Podio, HubSpot, etc.)
• Follow up with leads via SMS, email, and sometimes calls
• Build and clean lead lists (skip tracing)
• Enter and organize data in pipelines
• Help with property research and basic checks
• Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team
• Keep CRM and systems organized and updated

Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant (Real Estate experience is a plus)
• Experience using CRM tools (Podio is a strong advantage)
• Good written English (spoken is a plus)
• Comfortable with messaging and follow-ups
• Organized work style and attention to detail
• Able to work overlapping hours with the US when needed
