As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business leaders, helping them design and implement solutions using Stripe.

This is a consultative + technical + strategic role, where you will:

What You’ll Do

• Customer Strategy & Advisory
  Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CROs, and Heads of Engineering
  Understand business goals and align Stripe solutions
  Act as a trusted advisor on growth and monetization strategies
• Solution Architecture & Design
  Design end-to-end technical solutions and architectures
  Integrate Stripe with third-party systems and platforms
  Create future-state roadmaps for enterprise customers
• Sales & Revenue Support
  Partner with account teams to close complex opportunities
  Deliver demos, workshops, and executive presentations
  Support RFPs, proposals, and solution validation
• Growth & Expansion
  Identify opportunities to expand Stripe adoption
  Introduce new products, markets, and capabilities
  Help customers scale across regions and business units
• Voice of the Customer
  Provide insights to Product and Engineering teams
  Influence product strategy based on real customer needs

Requirements

• Experience
  4+ years in Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant roles
  Experience in enterprise SaaS or platform environments
  Background in fintech, payments, billing, or banking systems
• Technical Skills
  Strong understanding of:
  APIs and integrations
  Software development lifecycle
  Coding experience in languages like:
  Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Go (plus)
• Business & Communication Skills
  Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
  Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  Skilled in workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions
• Mindset
  Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
  Strategic thinker with customer-first approach

Work Setup

• Hybrid or remote (Europe-based)
• ~25% travel for customer and team engagement

Compesation

• €104,700 – €157,100 (OTE, depending on location and level)
• Additional: equity, bonuses, benefits, wellness support
