Lemon.io is hiring a Product Designer to help shape the look and feel of their platform across both client and talent experiences.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, high-quality experiences for a global marketplace that connects vetted engineers with companies.

This role involves owning design from concept to delivery and improving both the product and design processes.

Responsabilities

• Own design projects from concept through to delivery
• Design and improve key product areas including talent portal, client portal, and internal CRM
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Simplify complex user journeys into intuitive experiences
• Contribute to and evolve design systems
• Improve design processes and workflows
• Champion design quality and user experience across the organization
• Drive impactful improvements and quick wins
• Help define and shape the design culture within the company

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design (web-focused)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work
• Experience working in fast-paced product environments
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly experiences
• Product thinking and user-centered approach
• Proactive, self-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills in English
• Nice to have:
  Experience with B2B products
  Experience with marketplace platforms
  Experience designing products for technical audiences (e.g., developers)
