Lemon.io is hiring a Junior Recruiter to help source and manage top-tier developers for their global marketplace.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to match developers with client needs.

Responsabilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams on hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (outreach → onboarding)
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and improve sourcing strategies
• Participate in internal initiatives (workshops, retrospectives, knowledge sharing)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical support
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with remote hiring practices
• Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
• Basic understanding of software development and technologies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working evening hours
• Nice to have:
  Startup experience
  IT-related certifications or courses
  Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks
