A Dallas, USA–based accounting firm is hiring a Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant from Asia to support with financial records and invoicing.
Responsibilities for the Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant:
- Record daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare invoices and receipts
- Maintain bookkeeping spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Prior VA or bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave
- Strong attention to financial detail
- Good English communication
