Webflow is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to lead creative direction and elevate brand craft across campaigns, product launches, and integrated brand experiences.

This is a senior individual contributor role within the Brand Studio team, focused on setting creative standards, shaping visual identity, and guiding high-impact design work across the organization.

You’ll act as a craft leader – partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership to translate strategy into cohesive, high-quality creative output.

Responsibilities

• Drive direction & vision

  Lead creative direction for brand campaigns, launches, and experiences
  Shape and evolve the company’s visual identity across channels
  Translate business and brand strategy into cohesive creative concepts
  Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals and outcomes
  Influence brand expression as it scales and evolves

   

• Elevate craft & quality

  Set and maintain high creative standards across the team
  Act as a final authority on design quality and execution
  Mentor designers through feedback, critique, and collaboration
  Help raise the overall quality and consistency of brand output
  Balance creative ambition with delivery timelines and constraints

   

• Collaborate & scale

  Work with Growth, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Events teams
  Contribute to creative reviews, design rituals, and team alignment sessions
  Help evolve design systems, templates, and scalable workflows
  Explore emerging tools and technologies (AI, motion, 3D, generative design) to expand brand expression

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand, campaign, or systems design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual direction and storytelling
• Experience working with design systems and multi-channel campaigns
• Ability to translate abstract strategy into clear creative direction
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Nice to have:
  Experience designing or building in Webflow
  Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS, responsive design)
  Motion design or animation experience
  Familiarity with emerging creative technologies and AI tools
