What You Will Do
Identify, launch, evaluate, and optimize new marketing channels
Build and scale channels from zero to meaningful reach, especially organic and non-paid channels
Use AI tools to improve workflows, speed up experimentation, develop creative ideas, and scale campaigns
Create content for ads, emails, landing pages, campaigns, and other marketing materials
Build a library of creative concepts for different customer personas
Improve mid-funnel conversion, engagement, and retention through better messaging and marketing tactics
Manage and improve paid digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with other teams to improve the quality and performance of digital marketing campaigns
Analyze campaign impact and determine the effort required to achieve results
Manage multiple projects and prioritize the fastest path to value
What They’re Looking For
At least 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role
Strong startup experience and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
Heavy hands-on use of AI tools for marketing, automation, and scaling
Experience taking a marketing channel from zero to significant reach, ideally outside of paid acquisition
Experience acquiring small business and prosumer customers
Experience with paid digital marketing
Strong understanding of campaign performance and customer acquisition costs
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Broad marketing skills across ideation, execution, and analysis
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Ability to create compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
Strong creative sense and an eye for design, branding, and visual communication
Experience using AI to create or support copy, images, and videos
Creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas
