Responsibilities for the Real Estate Virtual Assistant:
- Manage CRM entries and property listings
- Schedule viewings and client calls
- Draft real estate documents and agreements
- Follow up with leads and inquiries
Requirements:
- Experience as a Real Estate VA or admin support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with CRM systems like Zoho or HubSpot
- Good English writing and speaking skills
