A Miami, USA–based real estate brokerage is hiring a Real Estate Virtual Assistant from Africa to support their agents with admin and client follow-up.

Responsibilities for the Real Estate Virtual Assistant:

• Manage CRM entries and property listings 
• Schedule viewings and client calls 
• Draft real estate documents and agreements 
• Follow up with leads and inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience as a Real Estate VA or admin support 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Familiar with CRM systems like Zoho or HubSpot 
• Good English writing and speaking skills
