We are a Denver-based tax preparation firm hiring a Remote Bookkeeping Assistant to help manage expense categorization and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
We’ve worked with remote VAs for years. You’ll be treated as a valued team member, with regular work and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities for the Remote Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks):
- Categorize expenses weekly
- Match receipts and bank feeds
- Run monthly reports
- Assist in quarterly tax prep summaries
Required Skills for the Remote Bookkeeping Assistant (QuickBooks):
- Prior QuickBooks Online experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Fluent in English (written)
Please note:
- Intermediate experience required
- Pay: $7–$10/hr
- 20–25 hrs/month; flexible schedule
