Responsabilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients, primarily in Turkey
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, benefits, and payroll reporting
• Prepare, reconcile, and maintain payroll records and reports
• Collect, verify, and validate payroll data, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with local accountants and payroll partners to ensure legal compliance
• Provide client support, answering payroll-related queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Accounting, and Operations teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Turkish payroll
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and best practices
• Background in finance, accounting, or economics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment
• Nice to have:
  Experience with global payroll processes
  Experience working in international or multicultural teams
  Familiarity with payroll software or HRIS systems
