Requirements
- Strong academic background and relevant HR qualifications
- Experience with HR practices in EMEA or AMER regions
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 4 times/year)
