A San Diego, USA–based SaaS company is hiring an Onboarding Virtual Assistant to support new customers during their setup process.
Responsibilities for the Onboarding Virtual Assistant:
- Guide new users through onboarding steps
- Provide basic tutorials and walkthroughs
- Send follow-up messages and check-ins
- Collect user feedback for improvements
