A Melbourne, Australia–based agency is hiring a Freelance Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for sales.

Responsibilities for the Freelance Appointment Setter:

• Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospects using scripts
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales reps
• Record activities in CRM and maintain follow-up lists
• Achieve daily outreach and appointment targets

Requirements:

• Previous appointment setting or outbound sales experience
• Good spoken English and phone etiquette
• Comfortable with CRM tools and call reporting
• Persistent and results-focused
