Native Teams is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across international markets, with a focus on Argentina and remote operations.
This role is centered on managing the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and closing.
You’ll work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and guide them toward tailored solutions within the Native Teams platform.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies through market insights and client feedback.
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and networking
Execute targeted outbound strategies based on defined ICPs
Research prospects to understand business needs, hiring plans, and use cases
Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
Respond to inquiries within defined SLAs
Qualify prospects based on fit and readiness
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements
Educate prospects on Native Teams’ global employment and payment solutions
Present tailored solutions to stakeholders
Prepare proposals and pricing scenarios aligned with commercial guidelines
Guide clients on hiring models and operational processes
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal, product, and financial considerations
Manage contract negotiations through to closing
Handle procurement processes and stakeholder alignment
Achieve revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems
Track activity, update deal stages, and manage forecasting
Balance follow-ups, nurturing, and closing activities
Work with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding
Share client feedback to support improvements across the organization
Contribute to sales strategy, ICP refinement, and outbound initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Share insights to improve messaging, positioning, and strategy
