Lucyd Media is looking for an Advertising Designer to create high-performing social media ads for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in the CBD and cannabis space.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with Creative, Advertising, and Account teams to design visually compelling static and motion ads that align with brand identity and drive engagement.

Responsabilities

• Review design briefs and brand guidelines to define requirements
• Conceptualize and develop creative visuals for social media advertising
• Prepare drafts and present design ideas
• Create illustrations and motion graphics for ad campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative leadership to finalize designs
• Maintain consistent output of ad creatives across multiple channels

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic and motion design
• Strong portfolio showcasing DTC ad creatives and visual work
• Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Niche to have:
  Background in photo/video production
  Experience working with performance-driven advertising content

Additional Information

• Candidates are encouraged to review sample ad creatives to understand expected style and performance standards
• Full-time contract role (40 hours per week)
• Fully remote team environment
