What You’ll Do

• Manage and organize inbox (respond, prioritize, delegate emails)
• Own calendar management (schedule, reschedule, eliminate conflicts)
• Coordinate travel bookings (cost-efficient and well-planned)
• Purchase personal and business items as requested
• Complete ad hoc tasks with speed and accuracy
• Ensure all critical tasks are completed before 9 AM EST
• Maintain availability during 9 AM – 12 PM EST

What You Bring

• Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive long-term
• Strong decision-making ability with minimal guidance
• Excellent written communication in English
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Proactive, accountable, and execution-focused mindset
