A Houston, USA–based logistics company seeks an Accounting Virtual Assistant to manage basic bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities for the Accounting Virtual Assistant:
- Update financial spreadsheets
- Process invoices and receipts
- Reconcile transactions
- Support the finance manager
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping or accounting VA experience
- Basic knowledge of financial documents
- Accuracy and confidentiality
