About This Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll manage and grow relationships with Stripe’s largest customers in Brazil while driving new revenue opportunities.

This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where you’ll:

• Own the full sales cycle (lead → close)
• Work with C-level stakeholders (CTO, CFO, COO)
• Lead complex, multi-party enterprise deals
• Help shape sales strategy and product direction

What You’ll Do

• Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
  Identify and prospect high-value enterprise clients
  Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  Own deals from discovery to negotiation and close
• Relationship Management
  Develop strong relationships with executive stakeholders
  Become a trusted advisor across technical and business teams
  Maintain and expand existing enterprise accounts
• Consultative Selling
  Understand customer business models and challenges
  Translate needs into Stripe solutions and value propositions
  Lead product demos, workshops, and financial analyses
• Strategy & Collaboration
  Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams
  Contribute to sales process improvements and scalable strategies
  Influence product direction through customer insights

Requirements

• Experience
  5+ years in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales
  Experience selling payments or API-based technology (strong plus)
  Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Skills
  Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  Ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  Strong analytical mindset (understanding business + financial impact)
• Technical & Industry Knowledge
  Understanding of fintech / payments infrastructure
  Ability to grasp technical products and APIs
  Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
• Languages
  Fluent in English and Portuguese

Work Setup

• Hybrid or remote (Brazil-based)
• If office-based: ~50% in-office collaboration
