Ashby is hiring for a remote Product Support Specialist – EMEA to provide technical support to B2B customers, troubleshoot complex SaaS issues, guide customers through workflows and integrations, and help improve internal support processes.

What You Will Do
Own complex SaaS support issues from initial report through resolution
Investigate configuration issues and reproduce ambiguous product behavior
Troubleshoot technical integrations and complex customer problems
Guide customers through product workflows and best practices
Explain technical issues clearly to different audiences
Balance technical investigation, customer communication, and escalation quality
Provide thorough, accurate, and empathetic customer support
Work effectively in an asynchronous remote environment
Contribute to projects that improve support workflows and team efficiency
Turn technical information from Engineering into useful enablement for the Support team
Help develop workflow automation and other internal improvements
What They’re Looking For
Experience owning complex SaaS troubleshooting from first report through resolution
Strong technical troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving skills
Ability to isolate configuration issues and reproduce unclear product behavior
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt your communication to different audiences
Strong attention to detail
Customer-focused and empathetic approach
Curiosity and willingness to investigate issues beyond the obvious
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
Experience providing B2B support to customers ranging from SMB to enterprise
Compensation
- United Kingdom: £64,500–£81,500
- Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, France, Denmark: €64,500–€81,500
- Italy, Portugal, Spain: €50,500–€63,500
- Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria: €33,000–€41,000
