About This Opportunity

Pearson Connections Academy is hiring an Advanced Associate-Recruitment Administration to support high-volume recruiting operations for school staffing.

This is a recruitment operations and coordination role, focused on managing job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and reporting across a large volume of open roles.

The position is temporary (6 months) and supports HR teams in ensuring smooth hiring workflows and accurate recruitment execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Job Posting & Recruitment Operations
  Manage 200–350+ active job postings across multiple platforms
  Post and cross-post school openings using UKG and external job boards
  Refresh, update, and close job postings for accuracy
  Maintain consistent and clean job board data
• Interview Coordination & Technical Support
  Set up and configure video interviews per requisition
  Troubleshoot issues with interview platforms
  Ensure proper mapping between interviews and job postings
• Candidate Search & Pipeline Management
  Search candidate databases using defined criteria
  Identify and surface candidate matches for hiring teams
  Monitor application flow and hiring pipeline activity
  Support high-volume recruitment coordination
• Reporting & Data Monitoring
  Use reporting tools to track hiring trends and application flow
  Identify bottlenecks (stalled hiring, low application flow, missing dispositions)
  Escalate recruitment risks to HR Partners and Talent Strategy Advisors
  Support data-driven hiring process improvements
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  Work closely with HR Partners (HRP) and Talent Strategy Advisors
  Escalate issues with open requisitions clearly and proactively
  Support hiring teams with operational recruitment needs
  Ensure communication across HR and recruitment stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with UKG or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience managing high-volume job postings (200–350+)
• Familiarity with job posting workflows and requisition management
• Experience with candidate database searches
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot video interview tools
• Strong reporting and data monitoring skills
• Clear communication and escalation skills
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment

Work Setup & Conditions

• Remote (Philippines-based role: Mandaluyong City)
• Fixed-term contract (6 months)
• Full-time (Monday–Friday)
• Flexible schedule, but at least 4 hours daily must fall between 8 PM–5 AM (MNL time)
• Fixed weekends off
