About This Opportunity

We are looking for a CRM Cleanup & Lead Organization Virtual Assistant for a real estate investment company we recruit for.
This is a Project-Based (One-time + potential ongoing work)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning and organizing existing CRM data (Podio / HubSpot)
• Removing duplicates and outdated leads
• Structuring pipelines properly
• Fixing missing or incorrect lead data
• Categorizing leads by stage and status
• Ensuring CRM is ready for active follow-up campaigns

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems (Podio or HubSpot preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience with large datasets or lead lists
• Ability to work independently on defined deliverables
• Previous VA or data management experience
