Responsibilities

• Support research and development across design, prototyping, testing, pilot runs, and serial production
• Oversee prototype manufacturing and initial production batches
• Deploy, commission, debug, and maintain production infrastructure (test stands, stations, network/server equipment)
• Develop, assemble, and maintain mechanical and software test stands
• Validate and verify test procedures and setups
• Support integration of new products into production environments
• Analyze and resolve production issues and participate in failure analysis
• Implement corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct DFM/DFA reviews to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency
• Train production and service teams on new equipment and processes
• Maintain technical documentation (work instructions, test reports, updates)

Requirements

• Experience with DevOps tools and environments (Linux, BASH, Python, SSH, VNC, RDP)
• Experience with CAD/CAM, PLM, and ERP systems
• Ability to read technical documentation (electronic circuits, block diagrams, assembly drawings)
• Experience with lab and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, electronic loads)
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, commissioning, and repair (SMT, THT)
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Chinese proficiency (HSK4+) for non-native speakers
• Nice to have
  Knowledge of Russian language
