This role involves owning the full design process- from research and ideation to front-end implementation and performance analysis- while working closely with developers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces, features, and workflows for the Ghost product
• Conduct user research and define product specifications
• Work across the full product lifecycle from concept to production
• Contribute to front-end development using HTML and CSS
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and customer success teams
• Maintain and evolve product design and brand consistency
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Work in small cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements

Requirements

• Experience across the full product design process
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Strong written communication skills (remote-first environment)
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• Attention to detail and design quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working with HTML and CSS
• Understanding of product development and user needs
• Nice to have
  Experience with React
