Responsibilities

• Design new systems, features, game mechanics, and content
• Balance and maintain game economy and monetization
• Analyze existing features and live operations, and suggest improvements based on KPIs
• Support and create live events to increase player engagement
• Collaborate with product owners on requirements and roadmaps
• Create detailed game design documentation (flows, layouts, mockups, briefs)
• Communicate and prioritize design requirements with development teams
• Participate in production processes and key review milestones
• Coordinate with artists, developers, and stakeholders for smooth implementation
• Use data analytics and market trends to guide design decisions
• Collaborate with design teams to align gameplay with objectives and narrative
• Participate in playtesting and iterate based on feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design within a mobile F2P or gaming company
• Strong experience in casual or hybrid-casual games
• Proven ability to manage complex design projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of game design principles (mechanics, systems, economy, monetization, live ops)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Deep understanding of gaming trends and market
• Self-driven and collaborative team player
• Ability to create and implement game concepts using various tools
• Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills
• Experience maintaining detailed design documentation
• Passion for casual and hybrid-casual mobile games
• Unity experience is a plus
