This role focuses on LinkedIn and email outreach- connecting with founders, hiring managers, and teams that are actively growing and need support.

What You’ll Do

• Send and manage outreach via LinkedIn and email (Gmail)
• Connect with:
  Founders
  Startup teams
  Hiring managers
• Start conversations around hiring, scaling, and team support
• Respond to replies and keep conversations moving
• Keep messaging simple, relevant, and human

What We Are Looking For

• Background in Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition, or B2B outreach
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional communication
• Strong writing skills (clear, direct, and natural tone)
• Ability to understand business needs and hiring challenges
• Comfortable with outreach (cold or warm)
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Nice to have:
  Experience in SaaS, recruiting agencies, or remote hiring
  Familiarity with global/remote talent models
  Lead generation or outbound sales experience
