Responsabilities

• Build and maintain scalable front-end systems using React and TypeScript
• Develop reusable, responsive UI components aligned with a design system
• Refactor and improve existing codebases for performance and maintainability
• Solve complex engineering challenges including state management, rendering performance, and error handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, priorities, and technical solutions
• Communicate trade-offs and contribute to product and engineering decisions
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring team members
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production-level applications
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS
• Experience building reusable components and scalable front-end architecture
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and testing (unit/integration)
• Experience working with APIs and data-driven systems
• Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Niche to have:
  Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
  Familiarity with Node.js, Tailwind, TanStack, Zod, or Vue
  Experience working with design systems and accessibility best practices
  Previous experience in a technical leadership role
  Background in no-code or low-code platforms
  Degree in Computer Science or related field
