A Chicago, USA–based coaching company seeks a Calendar Management Virtual Assistant to organize executive schedules.

Responsibilities for the Calendar Management Virtual Assistant:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate time-zone meetings
• Prepare daily agendas and meeting briefs
• Handle rescheduling and travel-time buffers
• Liaise with clients to confirm availability

Requirements:

• Proven calendar/EA experience (VA or assistant)
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Google Calendar/Outlook
• Clear English communication and time-awareness
• High reliability and responsiveness
