We are BlueHaven Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity and venture capital firm, and we are currently looking for a detail-oriented Back-Office Virtual Assistant to help us manage internal documentation, investor spreadsheets, and scheduling support.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, professional written communication, and working knowledge of Google Suite or Excel.
- Prior admin or finance experience is a plus but not required.
- Training provided.
- Must be available for 4 hours overlap with EST.
