Here’s How to Start Posting Your Jobs
Sign up → Create Your Agency Profile → Post Jobs → Browse & Talk to Talent On or Off Platform
1. Create Your Account
Sign up as an Employer for a completely free account, with no restrictions.
2. Create Your Agency Profile
After you sign up, you will be immediately taken to create a company profile.
Enter your details about the company/agency.
In the ” company description ” field, add your website or social links so candidates can check you out directly.
3. Post Your VA Job
Head on to post your first job, and all talent in our database will get notified.
Click duplicate to easily post other jobs.
Enter your email address or paste your application link in the ”Application email/URL” filed – to take applicants to your own external link.
4. Get Applicants & Browse Talent
There is no limit on how many applicants can apply.
Browse and open up to 10 additional profiles of your choice (renewed monthly).
See their contacts, portfolios, and social links.
All candidates can message you.
Talk to them off or on the platform, without any restrictions.
5. Share Your Job on Your Feed: LinkedIn, Facebook, or X
After you submit your job, view it and easily share it on your feed to drive more applicants to your existing posting.
