What You’ll Do

• Technical Support & Investigations
  Own complex security and privacy investigations end-to-end
  Troubleshoot authentication, access, and infrastructure issues
  Validate hypotheses and provide clear, actionable solutions
• Systems & Platform Improvement
  Identify recurring issues and translate them into scalable solutions
  Build and improve automation, tools, documentation, and runbooks
  Influence how security and privacy are embedded into engineering workflows
• Security & Infrastructure
  Support identity and authentication systems (OAuth, SAML, Okta, etc.)
  Work with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
  Contribute to security monitoring, access management, and incident response
• Collaboration & Enablement
  Partner with engineering teams across EMEA and North America
  Improve developer workflows and platform usability
  Document insights and educate teams through best practices

Requirements

• Technical Skills
  Experience with identity & authentication systems (OAuth2, SAML, Okta, etc.)
  Background in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
  Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, SOAR, IAM, EDR, etc.)
  Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go)
• Strong understanding of security best practices
  Analytical & Problem-Solving
  Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex investigations
  Data-driven mindset with strong root-cause analysis skills
• Ownership & Collaboration
  Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
  Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  Experience working with distributed/global teams
• Nice to have:
  Experience building internal tools or automation
  Background in security infrastructure or platform engineering
  Contributions to documentation, knowledge bases, or technical education

Working Hours

• Core hours: 12:00 – 20:00 CET
• Collaboration across EMEA and US/Canada teams
