We’re hiring a remote Support Assistant to help with uploads, research, subtitles, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload scheduled videos with titles, tags, and thumbnails
- Add subtitles (manual or via software)
- Moderate comments and reply to viewers
- Assist in researching trending topics
- Track analytics and compile reports weekly
Required Skills
- Strong English skills (written + video understanding)
- Familiar with YouTube Studio & Canva
- Basic video editing is a bonus
- Organized, consistent, and good with deadlines
