About This Opportunity

Catch Creation is hiring for a remote Creative Strategist to develop and test paid social ad concepts that convert, using customer insights, performance data, psychology, and creative strategy to drive eCommerce growth.

You’ll own creative strategy across paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Your focus will be on understanding why ads work, developing strong hooks and concepts, analyzing performance, and turning successful learnings into repeatable creative systems.

What You Will Do

• Creative Strategy & Ideation
  Develop ad angles, hooks, and concepts based on customer pain points, reviews, UGC, and competitor research.
  Turn product features into clear and compelling value propositions.
  Build and maintain creative frameworks such as problem → solution → proof → CTA.
• Performance Analysis
  Analyze creative performance and identify patterns behind successful ads.
  Understand why creatives succeed or fail beyond basic performance metrics.
  Monitor creative fatigue and recommend new concepts or iterations.
• Creative Briefing & Direction
  Write clear creative briefs for designers, editors, and content creators.
  Guide visual structure, messaging, hooks, CTAs, and platform placement.
  Maintain brand consistency while keeping conversion as a priority.
• Testing & Experimentation
  Create structured creative testing plans covering angles, hooks, formats, and offers.
  Control variables to identify what is actually driving results.
  Document findings and turn successful insights into repeatable processes.
• Collaboration
  Work closely with media buyers, UGC managers, designers, and editors.
  Align ad creatives with landing pages, offers, and funnel strategy.
  Provide creative insights to support scaling decisions.

Required

Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketer, or similar role in eCommerce/DTC.
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing.
Experience with paid social platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
Ability to combine creative thinking with data analysis.
Comfortable making decisions based on performance data rather than opinions.
Excellent written communication skills, particularly for creative briefs.

Bonus Skills

TikTok Shop or UGC-focused brand experience.
Experience scaling successful creatives beyond initial testing.
Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
Experience sourcing or coaching UGC creators.
