What You’ll Do

• Program Operations & Admin
  Manage day-to-day program workflows and systems
  Support screening, onboarding, and coordination processes
  Assist with payouts (validation, tracking, and exception handling)
  Handle limited expert communication using templates
• Systems & Data Management
  Maintain and improve core program databases
  Ensure clean data, accurate labeling, and system consistency
  Identify gaps or inefficiencies and implement improvements
• Process Improvement & Automation
  Streamline workflows using Notion AI and automation tools
  Build and refine AI-assisted processes (triage, summaries, updates)
  Document SOPs and automation workflows for scalability

What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)

• Systems are accurate, reliable, and easy to use
• Onboarding and screening processes run smoothly
• Payout workflows are consistent with minimal errors
• Repetitive tasks are reduced through automation
• Documentation and processes are clearly structured and scalable

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and systems organization
• Advanced proficiency in Notion (databases, templates, workflows)
• Experience improving operational processes (not just executing)
• Familiarity with AI tools (Notion AI, automation, agents)
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly
• Availability overlapping with PST–EST time zones
• Nice to have:
  Experience with MCP or workflow integrations
  Background in operations, program coordination, or systems management
