A Wyoming, USA–based Bookkeeping Academy is looking to hire an experienced Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage Email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, track KPIs, and optimize results.
This is a hands-on role requiring daily monitoring, strong ownership, and proactive problem-solving. Cold calling is optional in later phases.
You will be working in the CET time zone, around 5 hours per week.

Responsibilities for the Outreach Virtual Assistant:
- Manage and monitor Email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Track performance and optimize underperforming campaigns
- Maintain campaign metrics in spreadsheets
- Report results and flag issues proactively
- (Optional) Cold calling in later phases
Requirements:
- Experience with LinkedIn & Email outreach tools
- Experience with outreach KPIs and campaign optimization
- Strong organization and daily campaign monitoring
- Proactive, fast learner, able to work with minimal handholding
- Excellent spoken and written English (Albanian language is a plus)
- Daily experience using ChatGPT / AI tools Pro version
Experience with Tools:
- Email outreach tool (Instantly experience is a plus)
- LinkedIn outreach tool (Aimfox experience is a plus)
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Paid version in any LLM (Chat GPT or Claude)
Nice to have (but optional):
- Cold calling experience
- Sales or lead generation background
