Duolingo is hiring a Marketing Producer (Contract) to support the execution of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end production for campaigns, from planning and scheduling to on-the-ground execution and delivery of final assets.

You’ll work closely with creative, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.

This is a flexible contract role suited for someone experienced in production, coordination, and managing multiple fast-moving marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production for marketing campaigns (planning → execution → delivery)
• Build production schedules, run-of-show documents, and workflows
• Coordinate vendors, agencies, and talent across projects
• Handle production logistics including shoots, props, and activations
• Partner with Legal and Finance on contracts, rights, and budgets
• Track assets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns
• Maintain organized production documentation and asset libraries
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs early
• Support on-site production when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience (marketing, digital, or brand campaigns)
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of organization (run-of-show, trackers, documentation)
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, and external partners
• Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Comfortable working on-site for shoots when required
• Nice to have:
  Experience with brand campaigns and social/video production
  Familiarity with tools like Asana or similar project management platforms
  Experience managing contracts, rights, and licensing (music/talent)
  Background in global or multi-market campaigns
  Experience with experiential marketing or prop/costume logistics
