- Answer customer questions via chat and email.
- Process orders and returns.
- Track shipments and resolve issues.
Required Skills for the Customer Support Virtual Assistant:
- Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
