We’re a New York-based eCommerce brand hiring a Remote Customer Support Assistant to help handle live chat and email queries about our home products.

 

 

 Key Responsibilities for the Customer Support Chat Assistant (Email/Live Chat):

 

  • Respond to customer chats and emails (template-based)
  • Track returns and orders
  • Escalate technical issues
  • Update FAQ database

 

 

Required Skills for the Customer Support Chat Assistant (Email/Live Chat):

 

  • Fluent English
  • Friendly, empathetic tone
  • Familiar with Gorgias or Zendesk
  • Fast typing

 

About the Job:

 

  • Entry-level welcomed too
  • Pay: $5–$6/hr
  • Shifts: 6PM–10PM EST
