Native Teams is seeking a Customer Relationship Management- CRM Specialist from Serbia,to manage and optimize CRM systems across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions, supporting scalable operations and data-driven decision-making.
This role focuses on owning the CRM environment (primarily HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, improving workflows, integrating tools, and enabling teams to work efficiently.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, improve automation, and maintain high data quality standards.
You’ll also play a key role in training teams, supporting system usage, and continuously improving CRM operations to support business growth.
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM across departments (Sales, Marketing, Service)
Configure system settings, user roles, and permissions
Ensure optimal CRM performance and usability
Integrate HubSpot with external tools (e.g., Asana, email marketing platforms, support tools, call/engagement tools)
Streamline workflows and improve cross-system data flow
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Conduct regular audits and implement data cleansing processes
Train team members on CRM best practices and functionalities
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective CRM usage
Promote adoption across departments
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes
Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency using CRM capabilities
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to align CRM with their needs
Gather feedback and propose system/process improvements
Participate in regular cross-functional discussions
Stay up to date with HubSpot features and updates
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Continuously optimize CRM setup
Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection and privacy regulations
Implement and maintain appropriate security measures
Contribute to or lead CRM-related projects
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery
